Site priority based on column

I have an N-Way configuration doing schema replication, I have put a conflict resolution handler in place using one of the default handlers to user maximum to resolve conflicts. I have an extra column on all of the tables within a schema that is record_id. Each instance has a sequnce count and trigger so that inserts and updates end in a number associated with the instance.
