How can we generate PM Work Orders automatically based on actual meter readings

Hi all,

We have a requirement to generate preventive maintenance work orders automatically based on actual meter readings.

The actual meter readings are updated directly from a device fitted on vehicle to Oracle EAM through meter readings interface every 15 minutes.

So our requirement is that ,for every 3000 Km of the actual meter readings ,PM Work Order should get created automatically.

Note : Here average usage rate per day will not work because every day the vehicle runs in different routes covering different distances every day.
