Can´t reset battery age | st2530

Hello,

i have replaced a battery in controller B on a st2530 (i followed the service advisor), but i'm not able to reset the battery age. I have tried both the controller and the battery in another st2530 and it worked without any problems. When i´m trying to reset it from CAM i get "An error occurred during the operation to reset the battery". When i try the same operation with CLI i get the following error "Executing the reset command on <array name> completion Status: Operation must be performed by alt controller". 

I'm able to ping the controller, power is OK. I can reset the controller without errors.
