How to prompt confirmation window when click on action?

Hi,
Our client has the requirement that when user clicks an action called "OR_READY_TO_DELIVERY", the system could prompt a window with some notice. After the user read these notice, click the "OK" button (or something like that), then the system go on processing the "OR_READY_TO_DELIVERY" action.
I suppose there may be something go with "ACTION CHECK" or "ACTION REASON", but I'm not sure how to use that.
Has anyone some idea?
