epro requisition view when clicking on the description link.

We have an issue where the informaiton displayed when clicking on the description link in a pending requistition the view displayed is not always showing all informaiton entered. What drives this view? Please see the attached screenshots of one requisition displaying the right information and a second requisition displaying "faulty" info. All data such as entered by, requisition ID, Business unit, ship to, vendor and category information is the same in both requisitions. it is just the text in the item field as well as the price that differes so it is a bit strange that the view is not
