Combining Bank accounts

How easy would it be to combine 4 internal bank accounts into 1. The issue is raised by one of my client who is in construction industry, to reduce their workload by consolidating bank accounts for JVs that are coming to end of life.  They are hoping that this would allow them to do one payment per week each instead of 4 per week for each.
