Creating a SR hangs after selecting product

I'm trying to create a new service request, but on page 2 of the wizard, I chose 'Show only Licensed products", then select "Oracle Server - Enterprise Edition ..."
Then the select lists for Product Version and Product Languages are greyed out with the little spinning wheel and spin forever.  I've tried multiple browsers with the same result.
