Compile error in hidden module: module_starter or Compile error in hidden module: module_menu

I keep getting the above errors when I try to log on. I need to be using 10.1.3.4.2 but have the same error message when using 11.1.1.5. I'm using MS Word 2007 and believe it might be something to do with the way Word is configured.Any suggestions?
