Question about Apex Tutorial - 15 How to Build and Deploy an Issue Tracking Application

Hello all,

I want to do the following tutorial:

Oracle® Application Express Advanced Tutorials
Release 3.2
Part Number E13363-02

15 How to Build and Deploy an Issue Tracking Application

I'm currently running Application Express 4.1.  Some key steps in the tutorial aren't matching the screens I'm getting as I attempt to do this.  Any suggestions?  If there is a new version of the tutorial, I'm not sure where to get it.  I've been using the documentation available at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/apex/documentation/index.html

I was hoping maybe I could figure out how the continue even if the there's small differences but I"m getting lost.  Thanks.
