Howto remove former oracle-home after upgrading grid infrastructure from 11.2.0.1.0 to 11.2.0.3.0

Upgrade of grid infrastructure for a standalone 11.2.0.1.0  is taking place in a new oracle home dedicated to the new version 11.2.0.3.0.Universal installer (OUI) is leading OHAS and ASM correctly to 10.2.0.3.0

How can we get rid off the former oracle home (11.2.0.1.0) once everything on upgraded version ?

Trying to deinstall 11.2.0.1.0 by calling <former-oracle-home>/deinstall/deinstal as requested by OUI, make current ASM and OHAS to be erased as well !

Didn't found instruction in documentation.
