How can I grant access to my users in Hyperion Planning?

Hi I have created the filters for my users in Hyperion planning through the secfile.txt, I have two groups

APP_USER_* -> Which it contains the user that have read/write permissions for the members of the applications

EPM_APP_*-> Whic it contains the roles access for the app (READ,WRITE,NONE for the forms folders, task lists, etc ... )

I can see the filters created in Essbase, but when I try to enter the application in Planning, the user doesn´t see nothing, and I have an error message from Hyperion Planning saying that I have no permissions...
