CT Tax Changes

I know that there is an ESU for E1 and Vertex for the CT tax changes that went into effect on August 1st, but are there any code changes for World A73 running on Vertex L series? I can't seem to find anything except for the manual steps that are needed (the same that were released for E1 before the ESU was available).
