PSI doesn't always export records where special characters such as " are included in field 'Descript

Hi all,

 Has anybody noticed this (we on 11.5.10)? The peculiar point is that for example if there are 2 records with " in the Description field the first exports Ok but not the 2nd.

 The unreliability doesn't help.

 

Could someone please advise on this e.g.

-Known fault/bug?

-Generic Oracle 'fault'?

-Whether still present in R12

An imperfect solution might be to have exception report daily and SQL script to rid special characters in offendind source data (PO Line description) but am hoping that it's a known fault and we can simply apply a patch. I believe Projects coding was done by different people at different times.
