Concurrent Request Scheduling - Automated Tool

Hi,

Need advice on whats the best approach to schedule about 50 + concurrent programs automatically in various EBS instance. We used to schedule the overnight concurrent jobs manually and had faced so many manual errors like Increment flag not checked or Autoinvocie default date picking up the Scheduled date (instead of sysdate when the job is running etc)..  Have anyone used any tool to schedule the concurrent jobs with all parameters flagged and validated automatically?

Please advice.
