U8 Required to support Sparc 64-VII 2.53Ghz and VIII+ 2.66Ghz on M5000/M4000

Came across a Oracle document which shows that U8 is a requirement for M5000/M4000 2.53Ghz and 2.66Ghz processors. We are running on U7,has anybody been able to reserach as to what exactly is fixed as part of U8 for M5000/M4000 2.53Ghz and 2.66Ghz CPU.
