Material Overhead Default - Freight and Internal Requisitio process

Hello Gurus,

Using Oracle Responsibility: Cost Management, under Setup > Sub Elements > Default, we setup one year ago a 0.05 on Material Overhead Freight for PO Reception for ALL items.

However, we would like to now start using Internal Requisition, and a 5% of Freight is being included in our Internal Requisition Process, which we could like to eliminate.

Any suggestion on how not to capture this 5% freight Charge on the Internal Requisition process?
