RMA deliver to address not copying correctly

Hi All-

I have created an RMA from the orginal sales order but the deliver to address information does not match the original.  The deliver to address with primary_flag = 'Y' is the address that is defaulting on the RMA order.  Two questions:

1.  How do we force the RMA to copy the info from the original SO?

2. For a customer with multiple deliver to addresses is one required to be set as primary?

            - I have unselected the primary flag on one address, save but then another address is automatically assigned the primary flag.
