‘Asset Impairment’ (FA_WEB_ASSET_IMPAIRMENT_FN)

Hi,

I have used functionalities ‘Asset Impairment’ (FA_WEB_ASSET_IMPAIRMENT_FN) on R12(12.1.3). I would like to create impairment transaction for asset type CIP. I created this transaction. I tried load this transaction to asset (where ASSET_TYPE=CIP) but I got information 'Net Book Value equel zero'. 

My question:

Can I create impairment transaction for asset type CIP ?
