Error while trying to do Move Transaction

Problem Description: When I tried to Move Transactions I got the error "DP.109882.1 failed validation.Subinventory code is either not entered or not valid for the given organization". This message is coming for some of the components in the BOM and for some components it is not displaying. After clicking on the above message bozes I'm getting the message box "ORA:06502 PL/SQL numeric or value error: NULL index table key value in Package INV_Quantity_Tree_PVT Procedure Free_Tree"
