oracle HRMS and other oracle e-biz suites financials integration, need a white paper on oracle EBIZ

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC)
Hi :

My customer was asking if there are any oracle white paper available which can talk aout  oracle HR and oracle e-biz integration with Oracle financial.s . At present they operate in silos ( meaning individual hr for head office operations

and individual  oracle financials with other branches . At present they are brainstorming to have both Oracle HR integrated with the rest of the financials. Is there any white paper that yu can recommend for such an integration.
