Tips for a better Community Experience

Lets talk about what would make the community more efficent for you and others.  Please chime in and let your thoughts and wishes be known.

 

1) I think its helpful when the creator of a thread marks the post as either helpful or correct. We don't have allot of articles with a long number of posts but the color coding of the tag is very useful in allowing others to jump right to content that may be of value to them and their issue.

2) Explinations as to why or why you do or not do something in your responses to others. Its great to be able to just take the code and paste it but there are some who would like to know why it works the way it does so they can tweak the expression just enough to use it the way they may need to. Its more work for the person answering the question but truely useful to teach someone how to fish instead of just giving them the fish..
