server has running(error) message - no idea why

ok.  Setting up 3.0.2.  Created a pool and added a server.  No issues ( some but solved them )
Created a VM guest on it - no issues. 
Rebooted all servers and now this vm server has a red icon, running(error) status.  Nothing meaningful in Events tab.  Log files on the host ovs-agent.log and other files look ok from what I can see.


Has anyone seen this issue with 3.0.2.
Any idea how to troubleshoot this condition?
