Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Experts.

I'm installing a new RAC here there isn't DNS.

UNIX Support configure this local DNS, perhaps it change in the future.

[root@db2 ~]# nslookup db2-scan
Server: 127.0.0.1
Address: 127.0.0.1#53

Name: db2-scan
Address: 172.16.67.20
Name: db2-scan

Address: 172.16.67.22

Not sure it will work in the future, any idea?
