Schedule Date calculation based on transit time

Hi,

Running into issues trying to get the schedule date calculation based on in transit times. 

1) Setup regions and mapped internal location (organization) to a region

2) Setup regions for customer and mapped customer location to a region

3) Customer and internal locations are displaying in the regions and zones form as being mapped to the correct region

4) Setup intransit time between the 2 locations as 10 days using UPS ground as the shipping as 10 days.

5) request date type is set to "Arrival" for the customer

Entered sales order for the customer (used same ship method and warehouse) Set request date to  15-nov. Schedule date is calculated as 15-nov, using 0 as the lead time, and I expect the 10 day offset.
