Contact Lists don't match between CRMOD and ODM

Hello

I have been refining lists between CRMOD and ODM and I'm having a really hard time to get them to balance. By way of an enhancement request, it would be great if the lists could just pull through to ODM from CRMOD.

The list in question is my active client list with an email address. CRMOD gives me 151 records and ODM only 71 records. The criteria is the same, but the results vary considerably.

Any suggestions? I've attached a screen dump of the criteria from CRMOD and ODM.
