I see this ksvcreate: Process(m000) creation failed continuously in the alert log

 Hi All,
I see the below error in one of our database not able the understand what to do. 

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [keltnfy-ldmInit], [46], [1], [], [], [], [], []
Sun Oct 30 17:59:11 2011
Process m000 died, see its trace file
Sun Oct 30 17:59:11 2011
ksvcreate: Process(m000) creation failed
Sun Oct 30 18:00:11 2011
