Server package Hanging on "Detaching local spec repository"

Hi - I am build a full package after TR upgrade (8.98.4.4), Client Package (R9621) success and while building Server Package it is hanging on "Detaching local spec repository" .

I have checked the win event error and found UBE R9622 hung with "Hanging application ubeprint.exe, version 1.0.0.1" message.

Any body faced such such error. Please share....
