cannot close period because cannot transfer to GL
we are in Oracle R11. I have 3 set of books. (IDR,USD,SGD) I have entry idr misc receipt in receivable then transfer to GL.
Data can transfer to GL which SOB idr but in SOB usd and sgd data cannot transfer both of them.
There is a problem when transfer to GL. I was check in GL interface there is no data. I was check in ar_misc_cash_distributions_all which sob usd and sgd, there is empty in that table.
How to solve it? because of the problem i can close period in Receivable.
