Different between one node RAC and standalone server in 11gr2

Hi Gurus,

I hope all are doing good.

can you please tell me what is the difference between one node rac and standalone server in 11gr2...if yes can you please let me know how can i change the standalone server to one node RAC in 11gr2 [11.2.0.2]
