Is 11.1.0.7.4 (PSU 4) certified to run on CRS 11.1.0.7.0?

We currently have a two-node cluster running Clusterware 11.1.0.6 as well as 11.1.0.6 for ASM and database.  We would like to upgrade CRS to 11.1.0.7.0, but would like to upgrade ASM and the database homes to 11.1.0.7.4.  Is this combination certified?  I seem to recall reading somewhere that any combination of PSUs for 11.1.0.7 between CRS and ASM/Database was certified.
