Where can I find the property value numbers and descriptions used with "SET_PROPERTY XXX Value"?

In going through one of our old Excel set up documents for defining all the properties of a workflow I see, for example, it utilizes the "SET_PROPERTY 200 Review" and "SET_PROPERTY 250 Red" to specify certain aspects of the workflow. I can not find any reference to these values (there appear to be many) anywhere in the supplied Agile User, Admin, SDK etc documentation but I would like to find out what they are. Apparently we can use the data in the spread sheet to run a macro of sorts to create objects in Agile as well.
