I have been trying unsuccessfully to get OEM Grid Control up on my 2008 Windows server (64-bit).  I have read so many conflicting configurations I'm now very confused and frustrated.  Could someone please point me in the right direction.  I'm beginning to believe this is not possible in my environment.  There is plenty of information on Linux but that is not our environment here at work.
