Order Status is reverting due to P42101 being left open after a change is made to Header detail, and
The problem occurs when users make changes to the Header, and then do not Submit and Close out of the P42101 screen, they then continue processing the order, then notice the P42101 screen is still open and close it. This reverts the order status back to the same status it was at when the change was made to the Header detail and requires a fix by the tech team each time.
Is there a way we can setup an error when a user leaves an order open in P42101 without clicking Submit and Close, and then tries to continue processing the order?
