IBAN for auto deposit

Hello,

Is anyone using IBAN (International Bank Account Number) for employee's auto deposit transactions? The Central Bank in UAE has made it mandatory to process salary payments using the new IBAN. The IBAN in UAE is of 23 digits but the field length of account number field (F0A#) in F065016 is 17 digits. Logged a service request with Oracle and this requirement to increase the account number field length has already been requested by another customer. The request is categorised as an enhancement and the current status is "Approved for User Voting".

If anyone is already using IBAN for auto deposit, where do you capture the IBAN? Any help is appreciated.
