COGS Recognition transaction date

Process

Ship confirm sales order, autoinvoice, run revenue COGS Recognition programs.

In MMT , COGS Recognition transaciton date:  When Shipment date is before the 15:00 HK time(ex.26-Nov-2011 11:10), COGS Recognition transaciton date is 26-Nov-2011 14:59:59;

When Shipment date is before the 15:00 HK time(ex.26-Nov-2011 16:10), COGS Recognition transaciton date is 27-Nov-2011 14:59:59;

I think the cause of this issue is customization. But I am not sure how to diagnostic?

Is there any other reason?
