Oracle A/R Responsibilities not setup correctly

Hello  All,

Present in AR responsibilities(In Front end Application - Menu path is like as follows)

 Edit>Preferences>Profiles ( this " profiles "option is enabled for few responsiblities but not to others(all responsibilities.)

So,we required like Existing and future AR Level 05 GUI responsibilities . Specifically, Edit>Preferences>Profiles must be available for all responsibilities,

can you pls suggest , how can we acheive this thing.
