iSupport application Messages

Hello,

I have an issue with refresh of an application message in iSupport.

Using Application Developer I setup a message for iSupport application named MK_IBU_SR_PROB_SUM_TIP. This message type is defined in the region IBU_CF_SR_40_GWhen I create a SR in iSupport, the problem summary tip shows the words contained in the message definition.Now I changed the words, and I still see the old words, not the new ones.So I cleared the mid-tier cache with Functional Admin resp. and also bounced Apache, but still can't see the new words.Question: how can I ensure I see the new string now attached to the message?Many ThanksMo
