Number Format in RTF template is incorrect

Hello,

I am running XML Publisher embedded on EBS R12.1.3 ver 5.6.3.

I have a custom Purchase Order RTF template imported from EBS R11.5 and everything owrks except that numbers come out as 200u000n00 instead of 200,000.00. I have tried both MS Word formatting options for numbers as well as Oracle format in form field example <?format-number:QUANTITY;'999G999D99'?>. The template works fine in preview PDF but once uploaded o server and executed by the PO Output for Communication request the numbers get messed up again.

Does anyone have any suggestions ?
