Task Automatic assignment from Customer Support Specialist responsibility

Hi, does someone know if it is possible to trigger the automatic assignment of Tasks from Customer Support Specialist responisibillity? I have the setup working fine for the forms Service responsibility but can not make it work for the HTML resp.
