Reconciling Payments - F075611 and F06561 Tables

Hello,

I am trying to understand what is the benefit/reasoning of loading the bank reconciliation file first into the F075611 table and then reformatted into the F06561 tables by running R8907561 process.  Is there any harm with loading the bank file directly into the F06561 table in the required format and skipping the F075611 and reformatting R8907561 step in JDE 8.12?
