Integrating electronic signature capture device with Oracle EBS R12

Hello.  Is it possible to intergrate an electronic signature capture device (e.g. ePad) with Oracle EBS R12 for the purpose of capaturing customer signatures (e.g.  as proof of customer acceptance)?  If so, what is required....assuming that we do not purchase Documaker?
