EM 12c Invalid Logins to Repo Database by user weblogic

Hello DBAs:
I added a new EM 12c into a clean 11.2.0.2 RDBMS recently.  It was a vanilla install on Linux rhel 5.6.  Every day between 16:49 and 16:51, the repository database logs invalid login atttempts by user weblogic.  Since there is no database user weblogic, there's not much in the trace files to explain the source of the login attempts.

There are no scheduled or failed jobs in EM 12c.  There are no scheduled or automatic jobs in the database.  May I request help in tracking down and stopping these login attempts?
