ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called occurred

I have got the bellow errors when i have done the payment batch, could you please help anyone to me.

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called occurred in select invoices with parameters (p_checkrun_id 60947,P_template_id ,p_payment_date ,p_pay_thru_date ,p_pay_from_date )
while performing the following operation: Calling

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called occurred in ap_autoselect_pkg.cancel_batch with parameters (p_checkrun_id: 60947) while performing the following operation:undo awt
