PO forward to employee is not showing in notification

 Hello

I got an issue with the PO.I created a PO and forward to the employee which is on leave and delegate to other person through vacation rule.But the problem is:

I block the id of vacation employee,user created a PO and forward to that employee which is already blocked.We are not finding the PO in any notification summary of that vacation employee and delegated employee.while the action history of PO is showing name of vacation employee.So where is the PO ?
