Unable to do Transactions for employees who are Future Hired through SSHR.

 

Hi,

We have a requirement where Employee is hired by entering basic employee info.

Then Manager should be able to fill rest of the information through SSHR. But Manager is unable to do Transactions for employees who are Future Hired though SSHR.

So through SSHR, I can view only. But How can Manger can make changes to the employee assignments through SSHR. This is not happening.

THis is quite critical requirement for us as we are implementing SSHR and having employee strength of 75000 Active employees. And as a process HR and Manager are updating employee information through SSHR Only. Is there any way we can do it through personalization or any way around to do transactions though SSHR.
