replace XSCF_B#0 and XSCF_B#1

Hi, experts

i have a problem whit M9K-64

this the status from xscf´s
No. FRU             Status                                                      
--- --------------- ------------------                                          
 1. XSCFU_B#0       Degraded                                                    
    XSCFU_C#0       Normal                                                      
 2. XSCFU_B#1       Standby                                                     
    XSCFU_C#1       Normal     

we try to replace the XSCFU_B#0, but when try to pass the control at XSCF_B#1 this receive a panic and return the control at the XSCF_B#0
The recomentation and Action Plan is

1.- power off the platform an replace first the XSCF_B#0
2.- power on
3.- replacefru XSCFU_B#1
4.- power on domains

my doubth is, when i replace the SCXFU_B#0 and power on the platform, need to update the firmware only in the XSCFU_B#0?
