How to make a feld non updateable on the hand held device in MSCA

We use MSCA (but not WMS) to perform transactions like receiving etc.Is it possible to make some fields non updateable that come up on the screen eg  UOM when performing a PO receipt on the hand held device?And the change must be restricted to the handheld device and not affect the desktop forms.

we are on 12.1.3
