Insensitive search in Siebel Tools

Hi,

Case insensitive search was possible in Siebel Tools 7.8 by changing the following parameter in tools.cfg file under [Local] section:
CaseInsensitive = TRUE  (By default the parameter is set to FALSE)
This works for versions 7.8 and earlier but not in Siebel Tools 8.1.

What setting should be made to use Siebel Tools 8.0 with insensitive search?
