What is substitute of Record history featrue available in 11.5.10,

What is substitute of Record history featrue available in 11.5.10, when we upgrade to R12 some forms substituted as explorer forms. Now here record history is not available. So we cannot identify the tables from which data is extracted. If any one can help me in this regards.
