Call Object Kernels Go to 'Defunct' Zombie Status...

 There's something else I would like you to ask as follows.
- Do you have any idea what will the cause the defunct process is left be?
- Is there the operation that a user must not do from their client?
- Is there a method of suppressing the generation of the defunct process?
- Is there a method of detecting a large amount of stay in the defunct process?

Your any comments and advice will be highly appreciated.
